TheFlymo
Anyone got the part number for the complete actuator assembly (the worm drive that the cable pulls to actuate the clutch)? Failing that, anyone got any idea what size the bearings in the actuator are?

TheFlymo
Ron Ayers Fiche site mate. Never used it before, genius site, cheers Jim. Part number is 23200-15500 if anyone's interested. £36 from Robinsons though. I found out the bearings are 1/8", so I've bought a bagfull off Ebay. No urgency to get the TL going so I'll try replacing the bearings before I go for a full replacement thingy. Hopefully it's the actuator that's knackered, not a worn clutch basket.... originalracingsnake
NP mate, happy to help. This is really good news, I cannot wait for you to start working on that bike and falling back in love with it. Good news.
Gixxerthou
I will say one thing... the basket on a TLS can be a real bastard to remove if you have to. (IIRC it's a left hand thread too)
