heds954
Ok, go with me on this, I don't recall a thread that lists the services we use that we trust in. Be that fabrication, painters, powder coaters, suspension experts, engine builders, carbon fibre specialist, etc. etc. So, I'm suggesting that this gets pinned at the top of Workshop (as Projects threads will no doubt dip in here), else otherwise we can get one of the mods to move it. As for posting on this thread, state what you've had done, add photos if you can, and of course give the contact details of said service expert.
heds954
I'll kick this off by recommending Teut Wiehn of TWSuspension in Preston. He well known in the BSB and TT arenas and deals with Ohlins, KTech, Nitron, Andriani, Bitubo, WP plus others. He did my KTech cartridges and matching rear shock for my 790 Duke, and he couldn't have been more helpful (even giving me a lift to the railway station when dropping off my bike). He can be contacted on https://twsuspensiontech.co.uk/ 85 Dukes Meadow Ingol, Preston Lancashire, PR2 7AU Tel: +44 7743 735 346 Email: enquiries@twsuspensiontech.co.uk
heds954
Andy at Junction33 Developments, who has done a couple of my bikes in the past on his Dyno. I'll be giving him a nudge in the near future to have a look at my 890R. he also does a range of ECU flashing. He's a really nice bloke to deal with. https://www.facebook.com/DynoDude Unit 1B, Lancaster LA2 0PX 07742 491202

Then I gave the drawing to Mark at RCD and he has done a nice job of it and hard anodised it for me. I tarted it up with some Ti nuts and bolts as usual. Just about to design some nicer looking linkage plates as the stock ones look a bit naff now. Got Mark @RCD to machine these linkage plates that I drew up. bazzer107
Good idea heds954, here's my contribution; CNC Top yokes. web site; https://www.topyokes.uk/ or his cerakote side of the business which is https://www.cerakote.com/applicators/357694/cerakote-up-north They made me a new ignition less top yoke for my ZX10 and I had it cerakoted as well. He sent me updates and pictures on the progress and they turned out perfect first time. Easy to fit and looks loads better. I sent him a couple of pictures of my bike with his top yoke fitted and he used it on his site and promotions. In talks about getting him to do one for the RS250. Before Being made Coated and fitted to the bike. Edited Wednesday at 06:48 PM by bazzer107
heds954
Oooh, do like! Nice job of that top yoke. And as a bonus, I've just discovered that business is only 5 miles away from me! In fact, I've a nasty feeling that I talked to him a while back when discussing Cerakote. Small world - wouldn't want to Cerakote it! Edited Wednesday at 06:53 PM by heds954

He offered me a walk around his workshop and show me how does evrything if I wanted to pop in, but it's to far for me from the South Coast. The things they can cerakote it wouldn't surprise if someone tried Edited Wednesday at 08:06 PM by bazzer107

He made me one for my zx9r which was wrong dimensions, it was listed to fit my bike but was for an f model, no argument from him though and I sent my original yoke and he made a new one, I’ve also bought a couple of other yoke’s off of him for the pb blade and gixxer 11 that were cancelled orders so I got them for £100 each, seems a good place to deal with.

He looks like the perfect person to re-mill the top yoke on my NC29 to clean it up.
