hybrid400 Posted April 7, 2014 Report Share Posted April 7, 2014 Im tidying up the rear of the r1 at the moment and have bought a very nicely trimmed standard ,cut down, undertray.Swapping them over looks relatively straight forward with taking out the loom and putting it together on the modded one but, before i started id thought ask if there was anything to look out for/pitfalls whilst doing the swap,nothing worse than congratulating yourself on a job well done when it dawns on you youve left out a small but vital bit and it all has to come apart again.Ive also bought some carbon frame guards,and was wondering how to adhere them to the frame as i dont want to damage the finish.Should i use double sided tape or silicon sealant,the guards are only to protect the frame when the bike gets chucked in and out of the van.will the silicon damage the laquer on the frame,any advice,tips appreciated Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
