Agtrak100
Hi PB Land So I have the cylinder heads off my TLR...... Just upstream of the valve seats, there are some nasty casting flaws which I would like to fill so that I can then profile the inlet tracts properly. Question: what do I use to fill the flaws????? All the best SteveT

johnnydeetz
We use Belzona 1121, Im pretty sure its what the major tuners use. Tony Scott uses it and recommended it to us...hes tried them all and prefers that one. Its good to work with too, not that runny (hardly at all really) so doesnt settle that much if you leave the head upturned. Weve used it on all our 600's, 1000's, my air-cooled Ducati, many pit bike engines (er, yeah I know) and not one has come off or flaked off. Good stuff.
