srad34 Posted November 23, 2013 Report Share Posted November 23, 2013 Hi all, I have a used gear indicator, no plug in connector and want to fit to my CBR900RRX, I have downloaded the Datatool pdf showing the wiring, but all of the wire colours that it states for the 96-99 Fireblade's don't match what's on the bike! When I run the bike, it shows 1 when in first then flicks up to 5 and 6 as I move??? Could this mean the tacho and speedo feed are the wrong way round? The 97-98 blades still had mechanical cable speedo as far as I know so why does datatool say they are the same? (The RRW/RRX had the digital speedo and tacho y'see If anyone had fitted one or can advise, I would be grateful. Cheers Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
