There is a injector thingiemabob that you change for one off a later model and it sorts the neutral issue out. Can't help more ATM as I'm out dogging. The oil feed tot he clutch plates caused drag on the clutch making finding neutral difficult on some bikes. The oilway has a jet the same as an idle jet in a carb to reduce the flow. In the earlier bikes the jet is too ig letting in too much oil and causing the drag. A different sized jet can be purchased and swapped over to cure the problem. later bikes came with this fitted.
