INGO Posted March 26, 2013 Report Share Posted March 26, 2013 Hi guys I have a 04 CBR 600 rr4 track bike.going to do fork seals as one is leaking but not sure on which grade fork oil or air gap.forks are just standard springs.any advice greatly needed and if any one has suspension settings for a 12 stone rider.Thanks in advance. Front spring's uprate to 0.95kg/mm Rear spring is ok.. get all sags done then dial everything in Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
