wil.co.
So just went out to piss off on a ride, and noticed a small pool of coolant under my bike. took off the fairing and the LHS rad has a bent top, meaning that the first two rows of fins are squashed and deformed, and about halfway along I start seeing coolant. My van is currently in the garage after the gearbox siezed yesterday, and I have to get back to reading(from cambs) tomorrow, so what should I do? I've read that radweld can cause more problems than it would solve, and I havent got time to sort out a spare...

Superdunc
Drain water, clean area around leak as best you can, emery cloth or similar, then araldite around the area. A bodge but it should work, as long as you get the area really clean before glueing.
rc30sp1
my old sp1 did the same ( they all do it ) took off rad and had it repaired at a local car/lorry/industrial rad repair business....no more problems and all for about £30.while its off why not get them to beef it up a bit.
