stuntmonkee
Hi ppl, Got to do a small repair on my cut down damaged Daytona 675 - I remember reading on here about some wonderous stuff called either Plastech or Plastex? I can't remember which... ..Ebay reveals these: http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/200732737443?ssPageName=STRK:MEWAX:IT&_trksid=p3984.m1438.l2649 & http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/160757570174?ssPageName=STRK:MEWAX:IT&_trksid=p3984.m1438.l2649 Which confuses me further - can anyone point me to the right stuff that does the job properly? Wallie
I used the first link to repair some spare seat fairings for my RVF, worked a treat. Managed to fix a big crack in the one and used it to make my own lug for another. Used it to fix the mounting points for the front fairings aswell and they have held steady over the last few 100 miles. Once painted cant tell the difference: The stuff is piece of piss to work with, you just need to get it painted afterwards as i went the for stronger black solution.
