VanWinkle Posted March 20, 2012 Report Share Posted March 20, 2012 O.K., so I'm going to have a go at designing a Dunstall style tank for my little 250 superdream cafe build,I'll be working with sheet foam(same stuff I used to build a race seat mold).and card templates Im not sure how to work out what should be the tunnel width as the frame spine is not uniform in width so I guess I should just plump for the widest point which is 4". If anyone on forum has experiance of building/designing fuel tanks I'll be glad of any input they have to offer. Right then, I best get to measuring stuff out.
