Tips for cleaning inside of fuel tank.

As above i have a Suzuki RGV fuel tank i need to clean the inside of, its showing some surface rust on the inside and im hoping it can be saved! ANy words of wisdom welcome. A friend says he saw an artice in classic motorcycle mechanics were they used a liquid and some old nuts and bolts??

This is some of the things you can do.

Coke (Been said)

Vinegar (Mild acetic acid)

Electrolysis

As with anything using the above, make sure you have rinsed it well with water, than make sure you dry it out or you will be back to square one again. use Hairdryer,oven ect, just make sure its dry.
