r1-daz Posted December 31, 2010 Report Share Posted December 31, 2010 Ok so i've just ripped out my 1200 Bandit engine to put in my project bike and i want to put some filters on the carbs. What are available apart from K & Ns? (not too fussed on the look of those) I was going to put Ram-Air pod filters on but i've noticed the carbs are oval at the back which creates a bit of a problem when choosing filters. buster Posted December 31, 2010 Report Share Posted December 31, 2010 I put K&N pod filters on my B12, the collective knowledge is don't put individual filters on as it becomes even more of a bitch to setup, as for what else is available have you checked what the other suspects manufacture for the 1200?
