I have a 2006 model burning almost a litre every 1000 miles. At 4.5k miles now, I thought it might ease up. At 40 quid for 4 litres, I hope it does. Can anybody shed a bit of light on this? Have you been onto the KTM forum? I did hear of an Adventure that did that for the first 40k miles then stopped doing it and ran fine. Trouble is I can't remember why, sorry! Mitch Evening Mitch, Took your advice, been in the KTM forum.....can stop worrying. Apparently they all do that! Now used to that as my wee kwak doesn't use a drop.
