buster Posted September 13, 2010 Author Report Share Posted September 13, 2010 Looking at the site info I think they can be used for bikes, you need to fit a socket to the tool, so I suppose it depends on the space inside the head/frame clearance. Whycant bikes have a similar system to modern cars usin oil pressure to maintain cleaences? I think the goldwing has hydraulically adjusted valves like that. I think I remember how to use it too ... you undo the locknut and screw down the top until it touches then you unscrew it by a number of clicks (each click is a set distance) then hold it while doing up the locknut.
