jimjambandit
My KTM 640 came with a 40 tooth sprocket on the back and a new 42 tooth in the goodies I got with it. So if I switch it'll be more wheelie prone (right?) but my question is am I likely to need to change the chain length if it did the swap? any thoughts anyone? chrisexup
yes, it will be slightly more wheelie prone with two more teeth on the back sprocket. the chain should still fit okay unless the wheel spindle is already pushed right to the front of the slot in the swinging arm.
